whole home.

What I design

I work on whole-home renovations, additions, custom kitchens, and primary suites. Some projects begin with one room. Others need a new relationship between the kitchen, living spaces, and garden. I draw those connections before settling on cabinetry, materials, and lighting.

How the work develops

Study. I document the existing house, identify what should stay, and compare layouts around your priorities. If the scope calls for licensed professionals, I coordinate with them as the work develops.

Plan. I refine the preferred layout, then develop elevations, details, and material choices. I review how each decision affects the rooms around it, including daylight, storage, and circulation.

Build. Boss Design Center builds the work. I stay involved as drawings become jobsite decisions, so the important details carry through to the finished rooms.

Interior Design

I begin with space planning. I draw furniture, doors, and circulation together to see where a room needs more clearance, where it can hold storage, and which views should stay open. A plan can cover a single room or coordinate several rooms as part of a renovation.

I develop cabinetry and millwork in elevation, including built-in storage, kitchen cabinetry, vanities, shelving, and trim transitions. I plan lighting for the tasks and surfaces that need it, then consider ambient and accent light alongside the windows and furniture. Material and finish selections can include flooring, stone, tile, wood, paint, hardware, and fixtures. I review samples next to the materials that will stay and in the light where they will be seen.

Where the scope includes furnishings coordination, I consider the size, placement, and finish of furniture, rugs, and window treatments alongside the fixed elements. Existing pieces can be included in the plan so decisions about new pieces start with what already belongs in the room.
