Design brief
Wood perimeter cabinetry brings warmth to the Greentree kitchen, while a lighter island top reflects daylight from the garden-facing windows. The island has seating toward the outside of the work area and leaves a clear view to the sink wall. The range hood and its surround sit within the cabinet run, with a restrained shift in tone around the cooking surface. From the opposite angle, the window becomes the center of the room, with the wood drawers below it carrying the palette across the width of the kitchen.
