The Great Falls Material Study

Design brief

A glazed drinks cabinet in muted green occupies the wall beside the opening to the kitchen. The lower cabinets provide a solid base, while shelves and glass put smaller objects in view above the counter. Looking through the opening, a pale island sits within a lighter palette. The wood floor links these two areas, and the cabinet colors make the transition easy to read. One photograph looks past the drinks cabinet into the kitchen. The other puts the glazed doors closer to the camera and shows how they frame the view.
