Design brief

A run of windows lights the sink and the dining table along the same wall. Dark wood base cabinets and the wood island contrast with pale tall cabinetry on the opposite side. The range wall uses a strongly patterned surface behind the range and at the hood, with open shelves alongside it. Separate views show the full room, the cooking area, and the tall cabinet wall with built-in appliances.
