Design brief

Wood cabinetry wraps the cooking area and continues along the wall with the stainless appliances. A dark island base sets the pale, veined countertop apart from the surrounding cabinets. Stools tuck under the short end, with the dining table just beyond the island. Glass-front cabinets near the sink show how display storage fits into the work wall. In the wider views, the wood floor connects the kitchen and dining area.
