Design brief
A white island with stools marks the center of this kitchen. The wood floor continues around it and provides contrast below the light cabinet fronts. Glazed upper doors show a finer frame pattern along the perimeter, while the tall appliance cabinet presents a more solid face. A view from the opposite end shows the island in line with the longer room and its windows. The two angles make clear how the central worktop, surrounding cabinets and seating fit together, with the warm floor visible between each of them.
